• Extract department wise working hours, overtime and holidays from attendance recording software on weekly/monthly basis post tabulating in excel format along with addition/ deletion of employees ;
  
• and help in furnishing of Full & Final post Leave calculations and sending the same to Payroll Company.
• Updating of account wages Journal in accounting software

◦ Management Accounting Related:

• Month end closure of accounts, stock taking & valuations,
• Computations of Depreciation, Fixed assets Registers, Maintaining Provisions & Accruals
• Reconciliations, Trial Balance Import and Balance sheet and P& L preparation .
• Product wise Margin Analysis, Comparison of monthly P&L and Variance Analysis ;
• and Presentation of Monthly KPIs to Senior Management
