IT-Ops enablement

Problem:

• Client was looking for solutions in order to help in managing the entire process of Credit Control through Outsourcing and helping in managing the Outstanding along with Internal Accounts and following up with Clients in combination with General tasks and query resolution.

• General & Ad-hoc matters, Resolving queries on PODs, Invoices, Bank Statements, Transaction Reports, and combined uploads for strategic clients.
